If you are reading this, I should probably introduce myself. My name is Corbie and I am Dawn's sister's friend (a lengthy title, I know). Consider this some kind of blogging by proxy, a blog intervention if you will. See, Robyn, Dawn's sister, is tired of Dawn not having a blog and since I have recently embarked on the odd adventure of setting up blogs for unsuspecting victims, my services were requested. So, using carefully selected photos (okay, they were the only ones we could get our hands on) I am going to attempt to weave the story of Dawn.
This is Dawn with Robyn at some point before yesterday. It's true what they say about some fashions never going out of style - who doesn't love piggy-tails and baggy swimsuits? Dawn comes from a family of six kids - three girls and three boys - like the Brady Bunch but with way cooler swimwear.
Here is Dawn all grown up but, amazingly, weighing even less than she did in the swimsuit photo.
Here is Dawn, ironically at my wedding. Robyn thought this would be a funny picture of Dawn's big hair but if you look closely, the woman behind them has even bigger hair so I think what this actually ends up being is an illustration of how ghetto my wedding was.
This is a picture of Dawn and her daughter Taygin when she was just a baby. Dawn's the one on the left (I mean, in case you were wondering.)
Keep in mind the opponent that you can't see is a small blind child. Dawn..competitive? Nah.
I know that the look on her face makes you think this is Dawn's brother trying to make out with her but it is actually her husband, Kasey. Who she really loves...really...I promise.
Kasey's friends told him that you DATE the hot stripper, not MARRY her...but alas, he couldn't resist.
This is Taygin hiding from her mom by doing her best marshmallow impression. Now, if she had dressed up as a treadmill she'd be in trouble, but a marshmallow? Home free!
This is a picture of Dawn running the half marathon. She looks so happy because the water in her hand is more than she normally eats but she has decided to throw caution to the wind and splurge after running the perimeter of a small country.Well, hopefully this gets you jonesing for a little more Dawn. The plan is for her to grace us with her own entries really soon but, if not, I promise to hack in and post embarassing stories about her until she is shamed into getting on board.
XOXO,
Corbie

Corbie,
You have outdone yourself once again. Between your witty captions and lengthy introductions, you've nailed the art of "blog constructing for others". I don't know Dawn, but for some reason I feel like she will be thrilled with her new blog.
Are you kidding me Corbie? Not some of your best work? People should start paying you for your services. I know you would never charge me but I feel as though I owe you something...neosporin for pole burns? I have my first sibling link and due to the number of them, it's about time! Now we just need to show Dawnie!
Dawn-
Your wedding picture on this post is SO darling! Your little girl is SO darn cute...
